1-   É USADO PARA INDICAR O TEMPO FUTURO DO PRETÉRITO.

EX: I WOULD LOVE YOU. (EU AMARIA VOCÊ).

2-   NA NEGATIVA ELE É COLOCADO DEPOIS DO VERBO PRINCIPAL. A SEGUIR COLOCA-SE “NOT”.

EX: I WOULD NOT (OU WOULDN´T) LOVE YOU. (EU NÃO AMARIA VOCÊ).

3-   NA INTERROGATIVA, COLOCA-SE WOULD ANTES DO PRONOME PESSOAL.

EX: WOULD I LOVE YOU? (EU AMARIA VOCÊ?)
