In times of covid-19 pandemic, where many people are staying at home to avoid being infected with the virus, there is a concern about how take care and preserve physical and mental health.
The social isolation and the actual situation increase the anxiety and depression in addition to increased caloric ingestion and decrease the action of physical activities, as many are from home office or you are not working.
Some care should be taken in the routine to improve physical and mental health, and to prevent more serious illnesses. This is a good time to get into a new healthy routine and improve the life style to get out of pandemic with new habits.
Having moments of rest, leisure, physical activies at home are a good option. Meditation and yoga practices bring good physical and mental results. Physical activity such HIIT, weight training bring physical and psycological improvements and can be done at home in less than 30 minutes per day.
